Who we are

Kristina and Ben's Hair Salon was created by Kristina Martinaj in 2019.

Kristina first trained in South Australia at Clip Joint and worked in hair salons in Adelaide. Whilst working in Australia, Kristina enjoyed the trendy and friendly nature of her clients and mastered her skills as a colour stylist.

Some years later, she moved to London with her family and continued her work as a hair stylist. She has styled many clients in popular London hair salons such as: Rush and Headmasters. At Headmaster's hair salon, Kristina was a popular Master Consultant with many regular and friendly clients.

Kristina's main purpose of opening this salon is to empower women, to show no matter where you come from or how 'late' you start in any industry, you can do it and change your world for the better. Kristina focuses on moving forward and building stronger foundations, she doesn't stop or give up. Which is why she decided to take the risk and open up her own salon despite all challenges that she had faced in the past. Therefore, this salon represents hope and strength and by coming here, you take part on that journey of empowerment.

At Headmaster's hair salon, Kristina was a popular Director Hair Stylist with many regular and friendly clients.

Kristina loves creating new looks and making people feel beautiful. As a great listener, she strives to understand her client's needs and desires. Her main aim is to ensure men and women feel amazing, confident and beautiful with their own hair. Kristina and her team deliver high quality hair colouring, cuts and straightening. The team are highly knowledgeable on their products and services. Our aim is to combine the best customer service and hair to create the best salon experience in South London. The salon uses a range of premium products including L'Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, GHD and Paul Mitchell.
